The interior partitions of the homes will be constructed using plasterboard walls fixed to metal framing, with mineral wool thermal and acoustic insulation inside, ensuring excellent soundproofing and energy efficiency.

The entire home will be fitted with non-rectified porcelain stoneware flooring.

The kitchen will be delivered fully furnished, with high- and low-capacity cabinets finished in laminated materials.
